Job Description / Responsibility

Provide training to sewing operators, quality inspectors, and production staff.
Conduct orientation sewing training for newly recruited employees.
Train workers on machine operation, sewing techniques, and production processes.
Ensure workers understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor operator performance and identify skill gaps.
Arrange refresher training to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
Teach quality standards and compliance requirements.
Train employees on workplace safety, health, and fire prevention.
Support line supervisors in achieving production targets.
Prepare training schedules, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments.
Coordinate with HR and production departments regarding training needs.
Help improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and tools.
Assist in implementing lean manufacturing or industrial engineering practices.
Maintain discipline and encourage teamwork among workers.
Provide coaching and motivation to low-performing operators.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory policies
Any others task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
