Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance

Job Description / Responsibility

To develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
To monitor quality performance across Fabric inspection, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing.
To ensure inline and end-line inspections are properly conducted.
To ensure factory readiness for Buyer audits, Technical audits, Product inspections, Compliance assessments.
Lead and manage Executives, QA/QC teams, inspectors, and quality supervisors.
Train quality staff on inspection techniques and buyer standards.
Analyze quality defects and identify root causes.
Reduce rework, rejection, alteration, and repair percentages. Ensure inline inspections are conducted during production.
Analyze DHU Percentage, Rejection Percentage, Alteration Percentage, Repair Percentage ,Customer complaints, Audit scores .
Collaborate with IE, production, and merchandising teams for quality enhancement.
Ensure all products shipped are defect-free and compliant with specifications.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

12 to 20 years
