Job Description / Responsibility

Buildtrade Engineering Limited started operating as one of the most diversified steel fabricator to provide construction industry in Bangladesh with specialist services in designing fabricating and erecting pre-engineered steel buildings. These services encompass a wide range of fully supported steel metal roofing, cladding, galvanized structural decking, purlin, all necessary building accessories, structural steel design and erection.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the company.
Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Supervise office administration, logistics, and support services.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor`s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Only Male
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
