Job Description / Responsibility

Lead complete architectural & interior design projects from concept to final execution
Develop space planning, design concepts, mood boards & material selection professionally
Prepare architectural drawings, interior layouts, working drawings & detailing
Create high-quality 3D visualization, rendering & presentation for clients
Handle residential, commercial, office & showroom interior projects independently
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors & site engineers effectively
Monitor site progress and ensure design implementation as per approved drawing
Prepare BOQ, estimation, project schedule & material specifications
Ensure project quality, functionality, aesthetics & timely delivery
Solve design and execution issues professionally during project implementation

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
