Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Gulshan Club Limited is seeking a highly experienced and technically competent Maintenance Manager to oversee the Club’s overall maintenance operations and infrastructure management.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all maintenance operations of the Club
Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, civil, mechanical, and fire safety systems
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and reporting systems
Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and technical staff
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards
Respond effectively to emergency maintenance situations
Maintain proper documentation, inventory records, and maintenance logs
Monitor operational efficiency and minimize downtime

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Diploma
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Diploma/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Club

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in maintenance management of large commercial facilities, clubs, hotels, hospitals, or shopping malls
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, VRF systems, and fire safety systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good reporting and documentation ability
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
