Job Description / Responsibility

Drafting of Drawing: Prepare detailed approval/as-built drawings. (Road/Building/Civil/Electrical/Plumbing) using AutoCAD 2D based on project requirements.
Drawing Modification: Revise and modify existing drawings according to the instructions of Project Engineers. Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and ensure that the "As-Built" drawings reflect the actual construction on-site.
Documentation: Maintain a systematic digital and physical filing system for all project drawings, revisions and blueprints.
Quantity Estimation: Assist the estimation team by providing accurate measurements from drawings for BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
Delivery of Drawing: Print and supply of drawing for site as and when required.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field from reputed university.
Professional certification in AutoCAD (2D) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and/or Tekla Structures.
Sound knowledge of Architectural/Structural drawings of Roadway/Building/Bridges.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
The applicants having experience in the following business area(s):Gov’t Project(Roads/Building)/Consultants/Construction Firms will be given priority.
