Job Description / Responsibility
- DGM/GM (Civil & Construction), Who will be the Head of Construction. Having experience of Project Management & Constructing number of 2-3 Basement high rise Residential, Commercial, Industrial building.
- Prepare building Design Concept /ETABS, STAT Pro and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications 2D.
- Making Calculations about loads and stresses
- Selecting appropriate construction materials
- Preparing reports, design and drawings
- Prepare Detailed Constructional drawing / Design & Working drawings and specifications of residential & Industrial building and make any necessary corrections.
- Preparation of structural drawing, its correction, modifications and execution on ground.
- Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations especially in BD code of conduct.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
- Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project and keep record of progress;
- Enough capability to prepare estimate by drawings.
- Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
- Ensure standard of quality of works according to specifications and construction Manual.
- Maintain records of work done by contractors.
- Prepare monthly or weekly work schedule.
- Preparing method statements of all the works / jobs with specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools etc.).
- Capacity of preparing budget/BOQ for any projects. Organizing all construction works of the capacity with proper utilization of engineering staffs.,
- Designing, Drawing, Project Management, Selection of correct & cost-effective construction materials.
- Providing technical advices
- Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval
- Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects
- Managing project
- Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations
- Study the new technological development & taking necessary effort to use this development in our construction.
- Understanding of Basic Civil Engineering functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building constructional work.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Real Estate

- At least 2 years experience in the same position & minimum 15 years of relevant experience
