Job Description / Responsibility

Advanced Drafting & Visualization: Deliver exhaustive working drawings, precise construction details, high-impact presentation materials, and photorealistic 3D visualizations utilizing industry-standard software.
Architectural Innovation: Devise creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions - including premium residential interior layouts - tailored to meet client specifications and organizational standards.
Statutory & Code Compliance: Spearhead the preparation of official drawing sets for regulatory approval, execute flawless FAR/MGC calculations, and guarantee strict compliance with BNBC and local building bylaws.
Strategic Client Relations: Drive client engagement by leading design presentations and requirement-gathering sessions, including flexibility for after-office meetings (3–5 times a month) to foster robust partnerships.
Site Oversight & Mobility: Manage construction quality and design fidelity through periodic site inspections, with a mandatory willingness to travel to project locations outside Dhaka.
Interdisciplinary Integration: Coordinate dynamically with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and HVAC consultants to eliminate design conflicts and ensure seamless system integration.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 26 years
Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid, hands-on experience in architectural design and project coordination within reputed Architecture Firms, Real Estate, or Developer companies.
Professional Affiliation: Associate Membership of I.A.B. (Institute of Architects Bangladesh) is strictly mandatory.
Full I.A.B. Members will be given high priority.
