Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitoring, supervision on all electromechanical related Planning, Design, Installation, Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting work for residential and commercial buildings.
- Must be practical experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of electromechanical equipment (HT & LT Panels, Transformer, PFI, Diesel Generator, ATS, Elevator, Escalator, AVR, Solar System etc.).
- Practical experience of HT & LT Switchgears, BBT installation and maintaining the safety in the operation and load distribution system.
- Must be practical experienced by AutoCAD software to Prepared, Study and Modify the existing electrical design.
- Must have knowledge of making BOQ, Budget, analysis and Comparison for the Electromechanical Work/Items as per requirement.
- Knowledge of electrical load calculation and selection of the materials/products as per standard.
- Knowledge of electrical load distribution systems with safety for multipurpose building.
- Working knowledge with electrical drawing & circuit diagram as per standard (Ref. BNBC).
- Working experience with knowledge of drawing & design in Fire Protection & Detection with Central Air Conditioning System (HVAC) is highly advantageous (Ref. BNBC, NEC, IEC & NFPA etc.).
- Perform the IT related work (CCTV, PABX, PA System, Satellite TV) by planning, designing and installation.
- Practical experience of installation and maintenance of Water Pump and Deep Tube-well to ensure the operation and water distribution system.
- Must be handling capability of Contractors, Suppliers and Technicians.
- Offer collect and negotiation with supplier/vendor for select of best product (Spare parts/materials) as per required specification.
- To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Measurements, Bill (MB Book), Adjustment etc.) as per requirement.
- Must be followed and ensure the safety for related electromechanical work.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with management, senior, colleges, projects, supplier, subordinate and contractor.
- Any electromechanical defective issues and reasons must be informed to seniors by over phone/written immediately and trying to resolve quickly.
- To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WASA, Fire Service & Civil Defense Office and Electrical Licensing Board for related work as per projects.
- Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations, even after office time and on holiday.
- Have the mentality to work at the project/site and office.
- Any Other’s duties as when ordered by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 8 years
