Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise daily engineering activities and technical operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
Monitor engineering performance and operational efficiency.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance
programs.
Ensure timely repair and servicing of equipment
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments
Identify technical problems and provide solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental
regulations, and company policies
Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
Monitor spare parts and inventory usage
Maintain engineering records, maintenance logs, and
technical reports
Prepare management reports on engineering performance
Supervise outsourced engineering work for Inside Corporate
and Residence
Assign duties and monitor performance
Any other assignment required by management time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Technical Infrastructure
