Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Site Engineer who will act as a Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You must be capable of motivating the project team and handling onsite challenges with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Supervision: Execute, implement, and monitor daily project activities according to the master plan.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all construction works align strictly with the approved Structural and Architectural Working Drawings.
Site Management: Oversee site establishment, including office setup, utility connections, labor sheds, and secure material storage.
Quality & Safety Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes and ensure 100% compliance with safety measures by contractors and workers.
Bill & Requisition Management: Verify and certify material requisitions and contractors' running/final bills based on actual measurements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct regular meetings with contractors and site personnel to resolve issues and improve progress.
Finishing Supervision: Supervise finishing works and assist in selecting materials (tiles, fittings, etc.) in coordination with the Supply Chain and Director.
Progress Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material stock registers, and compare actual work against the planned schedule.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil
Bachelor Of Science (BSc) In Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
