Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
SKF Sourcing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and performance-oriented Industrial Production Engineer for its Battery Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in Easy Bike & Motorcycle Battery manufacturing operations, production control and factory process management.
Job Responsibilities :
Supervise and control overall battery manufacturing production activities efficiently
Ensure smooth, uninterrupted and target-oriented production operation
Monitor production quality, operational efficiency and manufacturing performance
Manage complete Easy Bike & Motorcycle Battery production process professionally
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, machinery and factory manpower
Implement production planning, process development and productivity improvement strategies
Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain departments
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately
Ensure factory discipline, operational safety and compliance standards
Minimize production downtime, operational loss and material wastage
Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Diploma in Engineering candidates with extensive industrial experience may also apply

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
