Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements and project updates.
Prepare costing and quotation documents accurately.
Create and review 2D layouts, 3D designs, and presentation drawings.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants and project teams.
Conduct site visits and provide design support when required.
Ensure timely submission of drawings and project documentation.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 33 years
• Strong creative sense of modern interior design concepts.
• Expertise in 2D floor planning and 3D visualization.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and V-Ray Rendering.
• Skilled in 3D Animation, D5 Render, Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion, and VRAY.
• Ability to create realistic and high-quality architectural visualizations.
