Job Description / Responsibility
- মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ (Key Responsibilities):
- কোম্পানির বিস্কুট এবং স্ন্যাক্স পণ্যের ব্র্যান্ডিং, প্রমোশন ও বাজারজাতকরণ কৌশল তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
- নতুন স্বাদের বিস্কুট বাজারে আনার (Product Launch) সম্পূর্ণ পরিকল্পনা ও প্যাকেজিং ডিজাইন টিমের সাথে কাজ করা।
- টেলিভিশন, ডিজিটাল মিডিয়া এবং প্রিন্ট মিডিয়ার জন্য আকর্ষণীয় বিজ্ঞাপন ক্যাম্পেইন পরিচালনা করা।
- দেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে বিস্কুটের বাজার বাড়াতে `বিটিএল (BTL) অ্যাক্টিভেশন` এবং ফ্রি স্যাম্পলিং ইভেন্টের আয়োজন করা।
- সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন নেটওয়ার্ক শক্তিশালী করা এবং বাজারের চাহিদা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- প্রতিযোগী কোম্পানিগুলোর বিস্কুটের দাম ও অফার বিশ্লেষণ করে নিজস্ব পণ্যের সঠিক মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা।
- বার্ষিক মার্কেটিং বাজেট তৈরি করা এবং বিজ্ঞাপনে খরচের সঠিক হিসাব রাখা।
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে মার্কেটিং বিষয়ে বিবিএ (BBA) এবং এমবিএ (MBA) ডিগ্রি।
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)
Additional Job Requirements
- বিস্কুট কারখানা অথবা যেকোনো নামী এফএমসিজি (FMCG / Food) কোম্পানিতে অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট মার্কেটিং ম্যানেজার বা সমমানের পদে নূন্যতম ৫ থেকে ৮ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
- বিস্কুট ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন চ্যানেল এবং রিটেইল মার্কেট সম্পর্কে বাস্তব ও গভীর ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
- চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, নেতৃত্ব দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা এবং দলগতভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা।
- বাংলা ও ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষায় সাবলীলতা এবং কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারে (MS Office, Internet) পারদর্শিতা।
