Job Description / Responsibility

Selling company shares and real estate projects.
Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.
Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments.
Participate in the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales efforts.
Monitor sales performance and key metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Promote the organization’s products and services to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,University of Dhaka students will get preference
Candidates possessing professional certifications in real estate will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
