Job Description / Responsibility

NexGen Care Ltd. is a leading provider of high-quality surgical, pathological, and medical equipment. We are looking for energetic, results-driven, and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Executive (Marketing & Sales).
Job Location: All over Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell a wide range of surgical, pathological, and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
Identify new market opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical information to prospective clients.
Conduct regular market visits and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Science background or experience in the medical field is a plus).

Additional Job Requirements

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
