Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Officer/Executive to join our Branding Department. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence, manage our brand identity, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital and physical platforms.
Brand Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing long-term brand plans and annual marketing calendars.
Campaign Management: Lead the execution of 360-degree marketing activities.
Content Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content (social media posts, videos, brochures, and PR articles).
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and consumer insights.
Event Coordination: Organize corporate events, product launches, and trade fair participations to strengthen brand visibility.
Vendor Management: Liaise with advertising agencies, printing vendors, and media houses to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the ROI (Return on Investment) of branding initiatives and social media engagement.
Any other work assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
