Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales data, prepare MIS reports, analyze business performance, and support management decision-making through accurate reporting and data insights.
- Candidates having knowledge of Agentic AI, AI automation, and AI-powered reporting tools will be given preference.

- Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and analyze secondary sales, dealer stock, depot stock, and sales performance data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, KPI reports, and sales performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Handle large datasets using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reports.
- Use AI tools, automation, VBA, Apps Script, or similar tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams for reporting requirements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.

- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Toiletries, IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Table, Power Query, Charts, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting.
- Experience in Google Sheets, MS Office, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL/SQL Server will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of VBA, Apps Script, AI tools, and Agentic AI will be given preference.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
