Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary
- Triangle Services Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and professionally skilled individual for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Vendor Management. The role will be responsible for managing coordination and communication with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operational support, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting negotiation and vendor management activities.
- The position requires strong coordination capability, negotiation skills, operational understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The candidate will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and business continuity.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with NTTN vendors and external stakeholders regarding billing, service quality, operational support, and link management
- Maintain regular communication with vendors for NTTN capacity, upgradation, downgrade, and operational issues
- Monitor NTTN billing and support cost optimization through effective coordination and negotiation
- Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of vendor-related operational and billing issues
- Coordinate with Sales, NOC, Accounts, and Client Service teams for smooth operational execution
- Prepare vendor communication records, billing reports, operational summaries, and documentation
- Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement in vendor management and service quality
- Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors to ensure service continuity and business efficiency
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor or management as and when required
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, ISP/IIG/Telecommunication operations, Client Coordination, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply
- ISP/IIG/Telecommunication operations, Stakeholder Coordination, or related fields
- Experience in vendor handling, negotiation, and operational coordination will be highly preferred

- Technical & Professional Skills:
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of vendor management and stakeholder communication
- Ability to handle professional discussions and operational coordination effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting
- Strong documentation and reporting capability
- Basic understanding of ISP/IIG/Telecommunication operations will be considered an advantage
