Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Officer to perform marketing and business development initiatives across all units. This role is designed for a results-driven professional capable of elevating brand visibility, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across diverse sectors, including F&B, retail, and entertainment.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue across all business units.
- Drive business development efforts, including client visits and stakeholder engagement, to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to each unit (Restaurant, Convention Center, VR Gaming, Coffee Shop & Juice Bar).
- Support and oversee Event & Banquet bookings, ensuring smooth execution at the Convention Center and Restaurant.
- Conduct Market Research & Reporting, providing actionable insights on trends, competitors, and business opportunities across all units.
- Strengthen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Incharge or Hon’ble Management Authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Convention center, E-commerce Startup, Hotel, Restaurant
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 27 years
- Strong track record in brand promotion, digital marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in event coordination, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies across multiple business units with diverse target audiences.
