Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented sales professional to lead sales operations, business growth, and customer relationship management for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, market insight, and corporate networking capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve revenue and KPI targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.
- Conduct market analysis, sales forecasting, and competitor assessment.
- Oversee CRM operations, lead management, and customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate branding, promotional campaigns, and digital sales initiatives with the Marketing team.
- Lead client negotiations, agreement execution, and high-value corporate sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS summaries, and performance evaluations for management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Represent the company at corporate events, expos, and industry networking platforms.
- Strong hiring/sourcing capabilities and industry networking for efficient manpower acquisition.
- Analyze sales metrics, conversion ratios, CAC, and ROI for strategic business decisions.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- MBA/Master’s degree from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 12 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

- Age 40 to 50 years
- 12–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
- Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement.
- Strong professional network within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Sound knowledge of CRM systems, digital sales, and modern business tools.
