Job Description / Responsibility
- Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Plaza Manager (PM) to manage overall showroom (plaza) operations, sales performance, and team leadership to ensure business growth and excellent customer service.
- Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for managing day-to-day showroom (plaza) operations;
- Achieve assigned sales targets of electronics & automobile products;
- Supervise, guide, and motivate sales & support staff;
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively;
- Monitor inventory control, stock movement, and product display;
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting;
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, stock, and operational issues;
- Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and brand image;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards, &
- Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Job Requirements
