Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
Manage nationwide dealer, distributor, and corporate sales operations.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Coordinate with production and supply chain departments for smooth operations.
Ensure proper collection management and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 45 years
At least 5 years in a senior managerial role in the Door, materials, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of dealer networks and market operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong business development and market expansion capability.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Smart, proactive, and result-driven personality.
