Job Description / Responsibility

Employment Status: Full Time (Friday close)
Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
Prepare approval and permit drawings for Rajuk & Paurashava
Prepare complete 2D architectural drawing sets (floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans).
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs based on client requirements.
Attend client meetings and coordination calls.
Collaborate with the team and meet project deadlines.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Consulting Firms, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 32 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Professional Affiliation: Associate Membership of I.A.B. (Institute of Architects Bangladesh) is strictly mandatory.
Full I.A.B. Members will be given high priority.
3D modeling and rendering, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, D5 rendering, LUMION
