Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve sales targets for imported fabric products.
Visit garment companies and factories to identify new business opportunities.
Provide product information and support to clients.
Maintain sales records, orders, and customer data.
Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Update client information and follow-up records in CRM software.
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
Manage the full sales process from client communication to delivery.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain professional conduct in accordance with company policies.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Male and female candidates may apply.
Smart, professional, and corporate presentable.
Minimum height: Female 5’3”, Male 5’8”.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fabric sales.
Strong negotiation and client management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software preferred.
Knowledge of the fabric or garments industry will be an advantage.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Good computer proficiency.
