Job Description / Responsibility

Nahar Agro is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Head of Sales – PP Bag Division.
Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies for PP Woven Bags.
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Explore new markets and develop strong relationships with industrial and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through strong after-sales support.
Drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Candidates must have prior experience in the PP Woven Bag / Packaging Industry.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Sound knowledge of industrial packaging products and market dynamics.
