Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee overall showroom operations to ensure smooth daily functioning and achievement of sales targets.
Ensure timely product delivery in line with customer requirements and commitments.
Maintain accurate showroom inventory, including stock updates, audits, and replenishment planning.
Monitor and manage cash sales, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
Prepare and analyze reports on non-moving, slow-moving, and overstock items to support inventory optimization.
Supervise housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive customer environment.
Implement and drive cost control measures to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct daily outdoor marketing activities to generate leads and increase showroom footfall.
Ensure high-quality after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
