Job Description / Responsibility

Find prospective clients through door-to-door field visits.
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
Arrange project visits for clients as per requirement
Collect required documents from customers
Provide regular feedback to superior.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Build a strong relationship with the Client via Phone calling & social network
Have achieve individual Monthly sales target.
To prepare sales forecasting achieving & set performance goals accordingly
To provide weekly, quarterly, Monthly & Annual report to his superior regarding Sales performance.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services, Real Estate
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
The applicant should have Experience in following Area: Real Estate Marketing, Sales/Promotion/NGO/Bank/Microcredit
Candidate with experience in Real Estate industries will be given preference
Excellent Communication Skill proper knowledge of Real estate marketing & Sale, Share Marketing and Commercial Branding.
Good Communication & Negotiation Skill.
Be a strong team player & have the ability internally & externally.
Ability to under pressure.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Must be Skilled in Computer operation.
