Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and section details using AutoCAD or similar software
Assist senior architects in design development and project planning
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
Prepare 2D and basic 3D design models when required.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.
Update and revise drawings based on project changes and feedback.
Maintain proper documentation of design files and project records.
Ensure drawings follow building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Support in material selection and basic design presentation.
Preparation of 2D Architectural Drawings
3D Visualization & Rendering

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 40 years
Only Male
Ability to design High Quality Brochure, Profile etc. is a plus
