Job Description / Responsibility

Vetting of land and property documentation.
Corporate documents and other legally related papers analysis and preparation, legal opinion.
Preparing property searching and preparing a report.
Liaison with local land offices & government authorities, handling land documentation, agreements, and property-related compliance, managing estate records, Off and resolving land-related legal issues.
Institute and manage legal proceedings on behalf of the organization as required.
Track all hearing dates, filing deadlines, and court orders; prepare case status summaries and briefing notes for counsel and senior management.
Follow up regularly with external counsel to obtain case updates and ensure timely submissions.
Organize and maintain all physical and digital legal files — contracts, court documents, judgements, trade licences, and correspondence — with clear version control and retrieval protocols.
Track contractual obligations, renewal dates, and compliance deadlines across all group agreements.
Submit documents to government offices, collect certified records, and monitor RJSC, BIDA, and other statutory filing requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
