Job Description / Responsibility

Analyze end-to-end sales and distribution processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with sales teams, distributors, dealers, and management to gather business requirements and operational challenges.
Prepare business documents.
Monitor and analyze sales KPIs such as sales target achievement, market coverage, strike rate, collection, and distributor performance.
Coordinate with related departments for system enhancement & implementation.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical presentations for management review.
Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely reporting across all channels.
Assist in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
