Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and execute project launches, property fairs, corporate and client events
Manage on-ground execution including handovers and VIP events
Ensure all activities align with brand standards
Execute brand activations (roadshows, mall displays, etc.)
Oversee construction site branding (fencing, billboards, signage)
Manage production of marketing materials and ensure consistency
Implement campaign communication strategies
Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
Manage vendors, agencies, and suppliers
Negotiate costs and control budgets
Ensure quality and timely delivery
Align activations with marketing campaigns
Support lead generation initiatives
Ensure branding readiness across projects
Handle event logistics, venues, and permits
Ensure smooth execution and resolve operational issues
Prepare reports on event performance (ROI, leads, engagement)
Document learnings and best practices
