Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieved sales targets by generating prescriptions through effective communication with healthcare professionals.
- Promoted company products through regular visits to doctors, nurses, hospitals, and clinics.
- Delivered clear and updated scientific and medical information about products.
- Increased product demand by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and pharmacies.
- Collected sales orders from pharmacies/chemists and ensured timely supply of products.
- Created product awareness through strategic communication and presentations.
- Monitored market trends and competitor activities to support sales growth.
- Identified new business opportunities and expanded existing market coverage.
- Maintained professional relationships with doctors and key stakeholders.
- Successfully met assigned sales targets and budget under the supervision of the Territory Manager.
- Contributed to achieving overall company sales and prescription goals.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Having science in SSC/HSC is preferable).

- Commitment: Must be willing to serve the company for at least 3 (three) years after permanent appointment.

- Policy Compliance: In accordance with company policies (provided they are not illegal), the candidate must learn, and practically apply all job-related responsibilities within 1 (one) year of joining.
- Operational Context: Please note that most of our instruments and machines are older models and not automatic; the candidate must be prepared to work within these limitations.
- Professional Competence: Competence will be judged by how quickly and effectively the candidate acquires practical skills and use that knowledge into practice. A lack of drive to learn will result in an inability to continue with the company.
- Job Security: Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be absorbed as permanent personnel for 3 (three) years (subject to the company`s survival).
- Independence: The candidate must be capable of working independently despite organization limitations.
- Information Gathering: Must be proficient in obtaining information through the libraries within Dhaka (with permission), internet search, etc., and utilize that knowledge effectively with understanding.
- Sincerity and Integrity: Must work with sincerity and integrity, maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards within the company`s capabilities.
- Record Keeping: Responsible for maintaining all records with absolute sincerity and accuracy.
- Important Note: The candidate must have the mentality to learn from existing personnel and then supervise them.
