Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
M.B. ASSOCIATES is a leading organization dealing with Indent, Import & Wholesale of Dyes & Chemicals for Textile & Leather Industry. M.B. ASSOCIATES is a Sister Concern of a renowned Group of Companies in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
Should have very good knowledge in Textile Chemical & leather Chemicals and Dyes.
Should have idea about Knit & Woven fabric dyeing.
Ability to understand Peoples and convince them accordingly.
Must be willing to work and hard and for long hours.
Following company rules and regulations properly.
Regularly market visit, potential client hunting & meeting.
Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
Should develop a marketing strategy to gain a firm position in the existing market.
Should keep updates on competitor`s products & capabilities leadership & convincing skills.
To set & maintain a communication plan with all respective companies & communications should be result oriented.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Graduate in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or any other university or Textile college.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Experience Requirements: 10+ years
Expertise in Textile & Leather Chemical selling.
Must have personality traits - humility, honesty, hardworking and integrity.

Dhaka (DOHS Baridhara)

Salary Range

Negotiable
