Job Description / Responsibility

Gadget & Gear is an Apple Authorized and multi-brand reseller offering official smartphones, gadgets, and accessories in Bangladesh. Established in 2011, we now have 22 premium outlets across Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet, along with a fully functional e-commerce site for a hassle-free shopping experience.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
Lead and manage a team of 100+ professionals across marketing, sales, SEO, eCommerce, and customer care.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue, sales forecasting, and pricing optimization.
Oversee outlet and POS marketing, ensuring brand-consistent merchandising and enhanced customer experience.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks, vendors, and global brands to support strategic growth.
Drive digital, creative, and branding initiatives to position Gadget & Gear as a premium retailer.
Optimize marketing budgets and report key performance metrics directly to the CEO.
Align marketing strategies with company goals while staying ahead of industry trends.
Manage Apple operations in Bangladesh, ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and excellence within the marketing department.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

6 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Retail Store
