Job Description / Responsibility

To identify key customers and extend personalized service.
To recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects and assessing their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to welcome new clients.
Lead a team of dynamic sales professionals and achieve periodical sales & collection target.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Corporate sales planning and implementation.
To look after customer queries with satisfaction, develop & maintain relationship.
Maintain after sales official formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
To be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other sales personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis
Any other task assigned by Management if required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
