Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
Relaxify is a growing e-commerce and lifestyle brand based in Jhenaidah. We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Digital Marketer to take ownership of our online presence — from planning paid campaigns to building organic reach across social platforms. You will work directly with the founding team in a flat, collaborative environment where your ideas and execution will have a direct impact on business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to maximize reach and conversion.
Develop and execute organic growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
Create and manage content calendars for social media and email marketing campaigns with a focus on high-converting copy and visuals.
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy for ad creatives, blog posts, product descriptions, and social media content.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools — with a focus on ROI and KPI metrics.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all visual assets align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Stay current with platform algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements
