Job Description / Responsibility

Drive retail marketing and sales of ISP products and services, including high-speed internet packages and business connectivity solutions.
Establish new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement, sales visits, and strategic promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular client visits to build trust, strengthen relationships, and identify additional service needs.
Liaise with existing clients to ensure continuous service satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitors’ offerings, and client feedback to develop effective sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Review and analyze sales performance and cost efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and reporting documentation for management review.
Provide support, information, and guidance to clients, including recommending service upgrades, new solutions, and profit-enhancing options.
Present product demonstrations and explain technical features and advantages of ISP services in a customer-friendly manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales and marketing activities.
Possess and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISP market trends, IT developments, and emerging technologies to better address client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Customer Care, Billing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer retention.
Actively participate in sales promotions, fairs, and community events to enhance brand awareness.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, ISP
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Only Male
ISP experience will be preferred.
Candidates from Cox’s Bazar, Khagrachari, Lakshmipur, Chandpur, and Cumilla will be given preference.
