Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Strong sourcing network with mills/vendors in Bangladesh to develop and source fabrics locally.
Knowledge about fabric sourcing from China & India will be an added advantage.
Good technical knowledge of woven, knit & denim fabrics
Understanding of fabric construction, GSM, composition, washes & finishes, dyeing and printing processes,
Knowledge of fabric testing standards and quality parameters
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage developments and sourcing activities
Experience working with international buyers/brands is required.
Experience of working in Trading company is an added advantage.
