Job Description / Responsibility

Bio-Trade International, a leading supplier of specialized diagnostic reagents and laboratory equipment in Bangladesh, is inviting applications from qualified and competent candidates for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
Install, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Provide technical troubleshooting and onsite service support.
Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Prepare service reports and documentation.
Assist sales team with technical information when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.
Follow company service policies, safety and compliance guidelines.
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Any Reputed Engineering University (CUET / KUET / RUET will be preferred)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

1-2 Years Experience in Laboratory equipment Servicing will be preferred for service engineer.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply for the position of Service Engineer.
