Job Description / Responsibility

Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety measures, including material handling safety, physical security, and emergency response systems.
Conduct regular safety drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and employee awareness and training programs to ensure preparedness.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize operational risks.
Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies, legal regulations, and stakeholder requirements.
Identify security risks, operational vulnerabilities, and surveillance gaps, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as theft, fire, sabotage, workplace violence, and other security-related incidents.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, fire service authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, performance analyses, incident summaries, and continuous improvement updates for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace safety, security standards, and surveillance effectiveness across the organization.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Criminology & Police Science

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
