Job Description / Responsibility
- দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য:
- সরাসরি মাঠ পর্যায়ে ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট ব্যাবসায়ীদের নিকট ভিজিট করতে হবে।
- পরিদর্শন শেষে নিয়মিত ফলো-আপের মাধ্যমে বিদ্যমান এবং সম্ভাব্য ব্যাবসায়ীদের কে কোম্পানীতে যুক্ত করা।
- কোম্পানীর সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের আদেশক্রমে যে কোনো দায়িত্ব পালন করার জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকা।
- কোম্পানীর কর্মকর্তা / কর্মচারীগণের জরুরি ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অফিসিয়াল কাজে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা করা।
- মার্কেট পরিস্থিতির উপর ভিত্তি করে নতুন নতুন সেলস ও মার্কেটিং আইডিয়া বের করে তা ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে হবে তথা উদ্ভাবনী দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- ডকুমেন্টেশন ও রিপোর্টিং এবং সেলস ফোরকাস্টিং দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করা।
- কম্পিউটারে অফিস এর বিভিন্ন সেলস ও মার্কেটিং রিলেটেড বিষয়ে কাজ করতে হবে।
- সর্বোপরি, কোম্পানির স্বার্থ রক্ষা করে ব্যবসায়ীগণের সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের মধ্য দিয়ে তাদের সাথে ভালো ও দীর্ঘস্থায়ী সম্পর্ক অর্জনের সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

- নিজস্ব মোটরবাইক ও মোটরবাইক ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। মোটরবাইক ড্রাইভিং এ কমপক্ষে ৩ বছরের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। প্রতিদিন ১০০ থেকে ১৫০ কি.মি. মোটরবাইক ড্রাইভিং এর সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
- পরিশ্রমী, দক্ষ ও সৎ হতে হবে। বিক্রয় ও প্রচারণা বিষয়ে অভিজ্ঞ হতে হবে। কথাবার্তায় চটপটে এবং উপস্থাপনায় ও নেগোশিয়েশনে দক্ষ হতে হবে। কাজের নির্ধারিত এরিয়া সম্পর্কে পর্যাপ্ত জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- ইউনিয়ন পর্যায়ে পরিদর্শন করে কাজ করার মন-মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই কম্পিউটার অফিস এপ্লিকেশন Ms Word, Ms Excel ও Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Mail, Google Meet, Google Drive, Whatsapp Communication এর উপর বিশদভাবে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি টাইপিংএ পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
- ইন্টারনেট এর ব্যাবহার, বহিবিশ্বের আপডেট প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে এবং গ্রাম, ইউনিয়ন, উপজেলা ও জেলা পর্যায়ের লোকাল ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট ব্যাবসা ও ব্যাবসায়ীদের সম্পর্কে ভাল ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
- ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট সংশ্লিষ্ঠ কোম্পানিতে কাজ করলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
- শিথিলযোগ্য: ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট সংশ্লিষ্ঠ কোম্পানিতে সেলস ও মার্কেটিং কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা অথবা ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট সংশ্লিষ্ঠ কোম্পানিতে কম্পিউটার নেটওয়ার্ক ও ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস নিয়ে কাজে করা প্রার্থীদের বয়স এবং শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য।
