Job Description / Responsibility
- Developing and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees and facilities.
- Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches and reinforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies.
- Create reports for management on security status.
- Prepare various register, report, duty roster and training program as monthly basis.
- Develop and implement various administrative plan management policies and procedures.
- Find out and Update safety and security lapses, train up security team as per company standard.
- Review and implement of the CAP for security, C-TPAT and others audit.
- Leading and managing a team of security personnel, including hiring, training and performance management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.
- Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining and updating emergency response plans, ensuring all employees know their roles and responsibilities.
- Fostering a culture of security awareness and training employees on security protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement extensive security plans, policies and procedures to protect personnel, assets and information.
- Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as human resources and IT, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions.
- Educate employees on security awareness, policies and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest security technologies, trends and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for enhancements to the security program.

Additional Job Requirements

- Any Ex Defense officer will get preference.
- At least 5+ years of experience in managerial role in Security Management, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software and other security-related equipment, such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures and programs.
- Proficiency in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
