Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Motion Designer to join our growing iOS app development team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating high-quality motion assets, engaging promotional videos, and smooth in-app animations that enhance user experience and brand identity.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative mobile applications and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to building visually stunning digital products.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
- Design smooth and modern in-app animations for iOS mobile applications
- Create UI transitions, text effects, overlays, micro-interactions, and visual effects
- Produce promotional videos and app preview videos for marketing campaigns and app stores
- Create and export optimized Lottie animations for mobile apps
- Implement path animation and shape animation techniques effectively
- Develop engaging motion assets that align with app branding and user experience
- Good understanding of animation principles, motion timing, and visual storytelling
- Incorporate typography, sound design, and visual effects to enhance motion content
- Optimize animations for different mobile screen sizes and resolutions
- Ability to optimize animations for mobile app performance and different screen sizes
- Must have knowledge of using AI tools for generating creative assets and speeding up production workflow
- Should be capable of utilizing AI-assisted tools to complete tasks efficiently and maintain fast turnaround times
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, app developers, and creative team members
- Contribute creative ideas and modern animation concepts to improve product quality
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, AI tools, and animation techniques

Additional Job Requirements
- Expert in UI animation, app transitions, text animation, and visual effects
- Experience creating engaging overlays, transition effects, and promotional motion content
- Skilled in creating Lottie animations for mobile applications
- Proficiency in Audio-Visual Editing and syncing motion with sound
- Basic understanding of Figma and Adobe XD
- Experience working on iOS app-related motion graphics will be preferred
- Candidates with strong AI workflow knowledge will get extra priority
