Talent Centric Ltd. is Hiring!
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
Create engaging and high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and branding content.
Edit videos and develop visually appealing animations for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce compelling visual content.
Design animated explainer videos, reels, promotional videos, and branding materials.
Stay updated with motion design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preferred- Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology).

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Real Estate, Research Organization, Shipping

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Candidates with strong portfolios and practical experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of 2D/3D animation will be an added advantage.
Strong creative sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for learning new technologies, creative tools, and content trends.
