Job Description / Responsibility
- Doreen Developments Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Visualizer / Motion Designer to develop high-impact visual content for brand communication, digital campaigns, corporate presentations, and marketing activities. The role requires strong expertise in motion graphics, video storytelling, and creative visualization across digital and offline platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual communication materials for digital campaigns, corporate branding, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, corporate AVs, product campaigns, events, and internal communications.
- Transform concepts, scripts, and campaign ideas into storyboards, motion visuals, and final video outputs aligned with the brand identity.
- Design and produce 2D motion graphics, typography animations, product visualizations, and presentation-based animated content.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to maintain visual consistency across all communication platforms.
- Edit and enhance video footage using appropriate transitions, sound synchronization, effects, and compositing techniques.
- Prepare visual assets, layouts, and creative materials for both online and print communications when required.
- Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, AI-assisted creative tools, and motion workflows to improve production efficiency.
- Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, production teams, and agencies during campaign or video production activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Arts
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3ds Max will be considered an advantage.
- Sound understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color balance, and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to create visually engaging content suitable for digital marketing and corporate communication platforms.
- Experience using AI-supported creative tools to improve design and production workflows will be an added advantage.
- Strong time management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaign deadlines.
- Candidates with strong portfolios and proven motion design experience will be given preference.
