Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
The Product Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies for Agrovet products. The role involves market analysis, product positioning, promotional activities and close coordination with sales and technical teams to ensure business growth and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for assigned Agrovet products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify business opportunities.
Prepare product profiles, promotional materials and technical literature.
Organize and conduct product training for field force and stakeholders.
Coordinate with Sales team to achieve product-wise sales targets.
Monitor product performance and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in new product development, launch planning and execution.
Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, dealers and key customers.
Participate in seminars, workshops and field visits.
Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in the market.
Prepare periodic reports on product performance and market feedback.

Location : Head Office, Dhaka

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Product Management / Agrovet Marketing
Fresh candidates with strong academic background may also be considered
Skill & Compentencies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking ability
Good knowledge of Agrovet products and market dynamics
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh
Strong understanding of field-level operations
Positive attitude and proactive mindset
