Market Development Officer (Contractual)

Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and develop relationships with key lead farmers, dealers, distributors
Promote agrochemical products to customers and farmers.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and market strategies.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams.
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, demonstrations, and training programs.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and management presentations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Graduate/ Graduate on Agriculture

Experience Requirements

3 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
3-10 years’ experience in Market development Activities / Product trial
Have to belongs own Motor Bike with Valid License
Excellent communication skills (Bangla and English)
Strong Interpersonal skills
Capable to lead a dynamic Team
Knowledge of agrochemical products and agricultural practices
Sales and relationship management ability
Leadership and team coordination

Anywhere in Bangladesh
