Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: Agrow Breeders Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically sound Agriculturist / Production Officer – Nursery to support nursery operations and smart agriculture initiatives. The role involves hands-on fieldwork, implementation of agricultural experiments, data-driven analysis, and continuous improvement of modern farming techniques to enhance crop performance, soil health, and pest management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of agricultural experiments and trials to evaluate crop performance, pest resistance, and soil health.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform best practices and improve agricultural techniques.
Participate in fieldwork, including soil sampling, plant growth assessment, and pest monitoring.
Collaborate with team members to develop educational materials and outreach programs for local farmers and stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging agricultural technologies and practices through research and professional development.
Contribute to reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Work on modern nursery and smart Agriculture or Horticulture.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
