Job Description / Responsibility

Sales & Business Development
Visit potential customers and boiler farm sites regularly
Promote company services and generate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with boiler farm owners and clients
Explain service benefits, pricing, and operational support to customers
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales deals
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
Customer Relationship Management
Communicate professionally with boiler farm customers
Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients
Build long-term business relationships with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Field Operations
Conduct field visits and monitor ongoing service activities
Coordinate manpower and operational support at customer sites
Prepare visit reports and submit updates to management
Support branch operations when required
Ensure proper communication between office and field teams
Office Responsibilities
Maintain customer database and sales records
Prepare quotations, reports, and follow-up documents
Coordinate with accounts regarding billing and payment status
Support management in operational and administrative tasks

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Only Male
5 years’ Experience in sales, marketing, industrial service, or customer handling preferred. Relevant experience of at least 1/2 years is preferable.
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting)
